B Deck profiles are 1.5-inch deep structural roof deck that provide both vertical load and diaphragm shear capacity.  The wide ribs make the profile an ideal structural substrate to uniformly support roofing systems applied on top of the deck.  Type B profiles are typically used for span conditions of 10 feet or less.

Acoustical version of this deck (1.5BA and 1.5BIA) are available. A couple of side-lap features are also available including nested (1.5B) and interlocking (1.5BI).

N Deck profiles have 3-inch deep ribs making them ideal for span conditions greater than 10 feet or when a specific aesthetic look is desired.  The narrow low flutes and wide high flutes create a very uniform look from the bottom side.

Our 32” wide N deck adds an extra eight inches to the width of the deck, which translates to greater coverage per sheet, reducing the numbers of sheets that have to be laid.

Acoustical versions of this deck (3NLA-32, 3NIA-32, 3NA-24 and 3NIA-24) are available. A variety of side-lap features are also available including nested (3NL-32, 3N-24),and interlocking (3NI-32, 3NI-24).

Dovetail Deck profiles create a highly effective and value-added deck type for roof systems. Its list of benefits include significant strength and capacity at longer spans, highly aesthetic underside for exposed ceilings, and unique and effective hanging solution opportunities.

This deck comes in two profiles, 2.0D (2.0” deep) and 3.5D (3.5” deep). These profiles are also available with acoustical properties (2.0DA & 3.5DA). Learn more about Dovetail Deck

Composite Floor Deck

Vulcraft produces a wide variety of composite deck that works compositely with the concrete slab to produce an efficient and economical structural floor solution for elevated floor systems. These decks come in a variety of finish options.

1.5 Composite Floor Deck is 1.5-inches deep and is available with two options for side lap connections, nested (1.5VL) and interlocking (1.5VLI).

1.5VLR is the inverse of 1.5VL deck. This profile provides the wider parts of the ribs toward the bottom of the deck, allowing for a greater amount of concrete to be included in the final deck-slab.

2VLI and 3VLI Composite Deck are popular deck profiles used for elevated floor slabs. The 2VLI and 3VLI profiles are 2-inches deep and 3-inches deep, respectively. This decking is offered with two options for side lap connections, interlocking (2VLI and 3VLI) and nested (2VLJ and 3VLJ).

FormLok Dovetail Deck (2.0D and 3.5D) profiles are 2-inches deep and 3.5-inches deep, respectively. These profiles create a highly effective and value-added deck type for elevated floor systems. This deck type provides significant strength and capacity at longer spans and unique and effective hanging solution opportunities. Learn more about Dovetail Deck

Non-Composite Floor Deck

Vulcraft produces a wide variety of non-composite deck that supports the concrete slab until the slab is cured. These deck help to produce an efficient and economical structural floor solution for elevated floor systems. These decks come in a variety of finish options.
